blue screen while installing graphics card (video_tdr_failure)

Hello guys,

i just installed Windows 8.1 on my laptop Dell Inspiron 14R (N4110), it has two graphics cards : intel HD Graphics 3000 and Ati Radeon HD 7650m. I have a problem at installing Ati Radeon HD 7650m driver. When i was installing Ati Radeon driver, laptop screen is blinking then turned blue (error : video_tdr_failure (atikmpag.sys)). The driver i tried to install is Video_AMD_W8_A00_Setup-6HYYP_ZPE, which is i downloaded it from Dell Support and it is the latest version.

my laptop specification:

laptop model : Dell Inspiron 14R N4110

OS : windows 8.1 64-bit
intel core i5, 500 GB HDD, 4GB RAM DDR3

2 GB Graphics Cards: intel HD Graphics 3000 & Ati Radeon HD 7650m.

does anyone have the same problem? i need dell support how to solve this. thank you.
