can't see an option to open my webcam

Hi,

      i am using Dell inspiron N5110 model with win7. Recently i reinstalled my OS and Drivers as well. But I couldn't see any icon at the bottom of desktop or dell webcam option in start-> all porgrams to open the webcam. But I have this option "Integrated webcam" in Device manager. I don't understand where is the problem. webcam driver is installed properly but i can't see the icon or any option to go for it. please help me to solve this problem. Thanks in Advance.
