cant find ram slot
today i purchased a inspiron 3168 2 in one, i had previously researched it and found out that the ram was up-gradable to 4gb ram. i ran a cruical scan that listed it as being upgradable however i cant find the slot, am i missing something?http://www.crucial.com/usa/en/scanview/151700AF31D926C3

There are two different models with the same number - one has 2G and a 32G eMMC drive. This one can't be upgraded -- the drive and memory are soldered to the system board and there is no memory slot or hard drive connector.
The other model has a single memory slot that takes a 4G modules and a conventional hard drive.
It sounds like you have the former model.
