click and drag??

Question

I have an off-lease Inspiron 4000. No OS on it, partitioned, formatted and loaded Win98. First notebook and can't figure out how to click and drag. I have tried the obvious - same way I would with a mouse, but to no avail.

Is is possible I need to download some drivers to help. I had to do that to achieve a full screen display. Thanks

You do it the same way as with a mouse...hold down the mouse button and drag your finger.
