cpx memory problem

my latitude cpx was working fine until one day the system stop responding and did not boot up again. the folowing day i again use it and seems no more problem at all, after 2 hours the system hangs again. i noticed that the area where memory module is placed gets hotter and hotter until the system halts. i concluded that it could be my memory that has a problem. but i tried another memory from another cpx and i got the same problem. then i also tried my memory module to another cpx laptop and it worked well.

i also got the message "error reading in memory line address, 6b6b6b6b6f, reads 6b6b6b6b6b".

any help?
