dell 1464 laptop is not booting up

Hi folks,

                I own a dell 1464 inspiron laptop and i stuck with a problem.The problem is that my system is not getting booted.When i switch on my laptop under the dell logo i can see bios loading it stops at middle when the blue color is filled with about 60 percent.

               At the time it halts no other key is working except esc key.When i press esc key the system enters into a new screen and shows all the system properties like memory passed ,hdd detected,etc and at last it shows system bios shadowed and video bios shadowed.
