I am reposting this due to an error . I replaced a screen in my granddaughters 3520 laptop and it has a distorted screen, an external screen looks ok, should I try replacing another screen or is their something within the laptop.

Okay, I see 11 different LCD's for this model. Are you sure you ordered the correct one? You can make that determination by checking your computer's invoice. Follow this link to enter the Service Tag and see which LCD was on it when purchased. It's possible that the GPU (video card) is not matching up with the LCD you purchased.
