dell inspiron 15r- 5521 earthing problem
I've bought 5521 today, and this new laptop is giving slight voltages on its metallic body, this problem comes only when i plug it into charging, is there any way to fix it? it is giving very weak voltage level and I feel some sort of noise when i slide back side of my hand on it, is it normal? or should i took it back to local dell center? thanks

Its normal buddy, Actually this is not voltage. This is earth you are feeling. It is strong around mouse pad
