Hi dream.master,
If the system boots into windows, then Update the BIOS from support.dell.com - http://dell.to/1kGWIcI - enter the service tag and select drivers and downloads and run the BIOS update.
Restart and check and run the diags again.
You could also download the service manual - http://dell.to/1OwQNdC - reseat the board assembly and check.
Since the diags has reported an hardware error, the hardware needs to be replaced on the machine.
If you wish to get a service call from Dell, then send me the service tag of the system and your contact info in a private conversation. Since the system is very old model, we need to check if the parts are still available with us. If yes, we can generate a quote for a paid service call.
If you wish to replace the parts yourself, then you could contact - http://www.parts-people.com/ and order the parts through them if they have the same in stock.
