disable Volume display

Hello. I recently a bluetooth keyboard for my inspiron xps and the software it came with has an on screen volume display. Now I have two things popping up telling what level my vomume is at. If your confused it took a screen shot. http://monkey.cekkent.net/volerror.jpg

I would like to disalbe the one from dell (the bigger one). I have searched all over the forums people had simular problems but their remidies couldnt fix me problem. Does anyone have an idea?
