Did you make sure to take off the Pin adapter from the old Hard drive and put it on the new one? Have a look at the bottom of the linked page to see what I mean:
Thanks Sakor1, but yes I did change the Pin adaptor. I don't know but that looks like a video card problem, don't you think so?, because I even pluged an external monitor to it and didn't work.
