downloading windows 7
I own a Dell XPS 15z and would like to reinstall a clean copy of Windows 7 Home Premium.
Now the closest thing I can do is to recover the system using the recovery disc. However, it is not a clean installation of Windows 7, so is it possible to download the Windows from Dell?

It is not possible to download Windows. If you're in the US, you can request a disc be sent.
support.dell.com/.../backupcd_form
