error code 2000-0155 on a windows 10 Inspiron 15 7558
Just got this new computer that seemed to be working fine, let it do the initial set-up and then it ran updates. rebooted and seemed to be working fine, explored the new windows 10 operating system just figuring out where every thing is at. turn off the computer, when i went back to it and turned it on it now says its unable to boot, "no bootable devices" pressed f5 and ran epsa pre-boot assessment and it shows and error code 2000-0155. Anyone know what I can do besides send this back to dell?

I found a similar thread from 2013!!!. They suggest removing the battery, holding down power button for 30 seconds then removing and reinstalling the hard drive. Contacted dell via chat and they are sending a replacement hard drive.

I finally got one of the techs on line, re-ran the diagnostics, this time the code was 2000-0151, "cable issue" they told me to open the back unplug the hard drive and plug it back in. that worked. Now i just need to see why it keeps dropping the wifi connection.

We bought two of the 7558's from Best Buy. One works on WiFi, the other started dropping Wifi after 3 days, so we returned it for another 7558. 4 days and so far, so good.
