factory reset query
hi guys have an old del latitude d505 running xp need to factory rest it when a go into the advanced boot options via pressing f8 the repair or reset option isnt there just option to safe mode debug mode or system restore none giving me the option to factory rest any help me?

Hi
In Windows XP, the F8 option to restore the computer would not be available. Instead to restore the computer back to factory settings you would have to press Ctrl + F11.
Click here for the instructions to restore the computer to factory settings.
Note: If there is any important data, please back-up the data to avoid any data loss.
Note: If the Operating System was re-installed with the OS disc then this option might not work.
