factory setup manager is not working (error 225)
factory setup manager is not working, this problem appears when i was installing dell backup and recovery software setup complete and then new window appears Updating PE Environment, after 10 secs pop up shows that factory setup manager stop working
I am unable to refresh or resetting my pc, When i reset pc , it restarts and then black screen appears than my pc restarts again without refresh
please help me

What is the system model?
When you say "Factory setup manager" , Are you referring to the Dell backup and recovery manager?

My system model is Inspiron 3542, I am referring to Dell backup and recovery manager, it is not working may be due to this reason my pc is not refreshing or resetting, I don't know how to fix it
