firmware issues on l322x
Hi. I have the same problem in this post. I have a XPS 9333 l322x with A03 Bios and i cannot install the new firmware because if i close or reboot doesn't work anymore, there is black screen with led blacklight open. I am in trouble to follow the point 1, in dont know how to do it. i have exctract the new firmware in another pc but i dont see any files to copy in the pendrive.

Back up a minute. You have EITHER a 9333 or an L322x - they're completely different systems. Do not attempt to force flash one set of firmware on the other system - or you'll end up with a dead system.

Hello i have a motherboard model Dell System Xps L322X Bios Version A03 wit Windows 8.1 downgrade 7 but if i use the code number on Dell Site support they show me XPS 13 9333 , code number is ...:-( .. so...which kind of model have i?

The model number is on the boot screen (F2 at powerup) and on the label on the bottom of the system or in the battery compartment.
