forgot ra media server password
son forgot ra media server password on his laptop.
cant do system restore, cant delete dell remote access, cant do ANYTHING as it constantly prompts for that password
how can I get around it since i DO NOT have to Vista cd?

i got the disk, wont boot from disk, starts up normally. when i go to disk drive to boot.exe it gives me ra media server password prompt... I can not win!

Thank you for the reply.
I would suggest you try to boot the system with the resource disk to check if the optical drive is working properly.
1. Insert Resource Disk(Drivers and utilities)
2. Turn Off Computer
3. Turn on computer and tap F12
4. Highlight CD/DVD/CD-RW Drive ad hit Enter
5. Press Enter again if it shows “Press any key to boot from CD”
If the computer boots using the resource disk, there may be an issue with the operating system disk that you have.
