You can try a few things if the issue has still not been resolved. First check if the Caps lock is on. Then unintall your keyboard and input drivers in safe mode and let Windows install the default drivers for those. Then flash BIOS and reset BIOS defaults. It should resolve the issue. Stop at any step if the issue is resolved.
