Hi Jharber,
Welcome to the Community. Please include your system model and OS, when posting on the forum. I suggest you uninstall the bluetooth drivers. To uninstall, Press the F8 key at the Dell logo on startup, select safe mode (with networking), and log in. Click start, right click on computer, click on properties, click on device manager, click on the symbol next to network adapter, right click on the bluetooth driver, and click on Uninstall. Once its removed, log on to support.dell.com and download and install the latest bluetooth driver.
