so there must be solution for such type of *** security why u have built that type of security that have no soultion and at the end customer will bear financial loss after verification u should provide solution i kept my hdd of 500 GB its moral duty of u people to solve the issue when u got the solution inform me

If you're the registered owner of the system, call Dell and they can provide a master password to clear the system. This won't clear the drive itself though - that's the whole point of the drive password in the first place.
The cheapest solution is to replace the drive. If you need the data from the drive, however, you'll have to send the drive to a recovery company to have the password removed.

The other reply is "spot on".
If you are going to replace the HDD now would be a good time to switch to a Solid State Drive even though they are expensive. However, if Dell replaces your hard drive with a new one then you are "good to go."
