anyone know how I remove the orginal owner of my laptop?

Do you mean remove the orig.owner here that is associated with your service tag?
If so, I do not know. :(
Otherwise, are you asking to remove a user on your computer?
For this login as Adminstrator , and Right-click on "My Computer"
then pick "Properties"
>Advanced tab > User Profiles
then delete that user name.

then delete that user name.
