You cannot upgrade the video chip - and there is no card socket in the system.

is it possible...can i buy new motherboard in which ati graphic is installed
If you have the system that has just Intel video, yes. That will be expensive (figure on $300-400 for just the board), and you'll lose whatever warranty you have in the process.
