You cannot overclock the processor, and overclocking an nVidia chip of any type is pouring gasoline on a raging fire - unless you can afford the consequences (a new video card) forget it.

 

Overclocking the GPU will give you very little gain and is generally thought of as an unnecessary risk in laptops.
