how to remove Broadcom secure platform

I am getting error messages as follows: Broadcom Secure Foundation (TM) TPM Status Indication Applet....... An Security Platform Services connection failed (0xe)283103)................and.........Broadcom Security Platform Personal Secure Drive......The Initialization of the PSD access failed. This may be because the TPM of your PC is disabled, uninstalled or not functioning properly.......

I understand that if I  enter setup and activate the Security Platform that I will not get these error messages. I do not want to use the Personal Secure Drive. I want to uninstall it totally.

How can I uninstall this software?

Thanks,

T Fisher

You should be able to unistall it in the Add/Remove section in the control panel.

I've seen where tyring to install the program again gives the option of install, repair and remove.  One person had success getting rid of it by doing this.

You must go to task manager and kill the program, it seems to block the uninstall if it is still running.

I was able to kill it even after the uninstall process was started and it removed the program successfully.
