how to remove dvd drive

Question

I am going to receive a replacement dvd drive tomorrow. I have tried to follow directions tech gave me to remove the drive, but..... When I turn the screw with the O next to it, it makes a loud click every revolution and never backs out. I am wondering if this is some sort of anti theft device. Any help is appreciated. jmobley

you'll have to call tech support to set up the repair.  if lady luck is smilling on you you'll get an english speaking tech and be done in no time

sounds like a broken or stripped screw.  call support if you have onsite and get it fixed or take it to a local repair shop if you don't want to send it in to depot.
