It is still under warranty, should I just send it in?

I live in the middle of nowhere, so no repair shops here.

you'll have to call tech support to set up the repair.  if lady luck is smilling on you you'll get an english speaking tech and be done in no time

sounds like a broken or stripped screw.  call support if you have onsite and get it fixed or take it to a local repair shop if you don't want to send it in to depot.
