india dell,,,why????

i went to dell sales chat, you can tell its india based..i am a us consumer wanting to buy a product, and i have to deal with someone from the other side of the world, and this is in the sales department...then i called dell, ,,,and india working employee answers the phone....dell , if you want to sell me something , i want to talk to an american...is that hard for you to understand....no dell for me,, ,,,i am going eleswhere
