insperion N5010 video issue ( blurred video)

Video quality is not good in N5010. i can see the pixel boxes when watching any video.

how do i solve this problem ? i filed 8 cases regarding this for dell support from last one month , none of them has reverted back .

I think the problem is with the windows basic OS and N5010 series. I replaced my laptop and got home premium OS and now working all fine.
