installing windows 98

please can any one help me ? I am trying to inatall windows 98 on a latitude D505 running window 2000 professional. I have created a partition and installed windows 98 and  can succesfully boot to either os with no problem using boot magic . My problem is that when I boot to 98 the system does not detect the floppy drive module or the cd rom module . How do I update the drivers without these drives ? I cant get on line and download them because the modem wont work without drivers .
