integrated webcam bsod

i have a dell xps m1530. a lot of this and similar models have had this bsod, i think it is oem02dev.sys from the webcam driver.
but i will be happy to let you analyze it yourself to be sure. and besides that, i don't know what to do. i've tried uninstalling and reinstalling the driver to no avail. i have not found a single solution to this and it's far too long to do a restore to a previous date when it did work which i actually was doing but it eventually stopped working for me, which was not that long ago though. but no matter what, if i try to use it in skype, omegle, yahoo, or the normal dell webcam thing, nothing. it blue screens me. i'm also having that typical to this bsod "2.0 usb driver" pop up thing, i'm not sure exactly what it says. and it makes that buddup sound all the time. no idea what this is about ugh. any help at all is totally appreciated.

Conclusion

12 crash dumps have been found and analyzed. Only 10 are included in this report. A third party driver has been identified to be causing system crashes on your computer. It is strongly suggested that you check for updates for these drivers on their company websites. Click on the links below to search with Google for updates for these drivers:

oem02dev.sys (Video Capture Device Driver, Creative Technology Ltd.)

If no updates for these drivers are available, try searching with Google on the names of these drivers in combination the errors that have been reported for these drivers and include the brand and model name of your computer as well in the query. This often yields interesting results from discussions from users who have been experiencing similar problems.

Read the topic general suggestions for troubleshooting system crashes for more information.

Note that it's not always possible to state with certainty whether a reported driver is actually responsible for crashing your system or that the root cause is in another module. Nonetheless it's suggested you look for updates for the products that these drivers belong to and regularly visit Windows update or enable automatic updates for Windows. In case a piece of malfunctioning hardware is causing trouble, a search with Google on the bug check errors together with the model name and brand of your computer may help you investigate this further.

heidnummattur,

Make a system restore point.

Start, control panel, programs and features(add/remove programs) Dell Webcam Central, uninstall

Restart your computer.

Download and install Creative Labs Laptop Integrated Webcam, v.R2RC1, A04

If the above download does not include Dell Webcam Central, then download and install this file also known as Dell Webcam Central Version 1.40.05

See if the Blue Screens go away.
