Please help. My new latitude 6320 is great but the " and @ keys are inverted. i.e I need to type " in order to get @ and visa versa. Any ideas? Thanks in advance
If you have checked all the settings and it still is not right, contact Support for help with a new computer. There are other Keyboard settings that you should check. Open Control Panel and type Keyboard in the Search box.

Go to Control Panel, Clock, Region and Language and make sure the settings are all correct for your location.

It is possible to remap the keys with the help of a tiny program - but you should really make sure that you didn't choose the keyboard layout.
