Question

On a Latitude E6500 running preloaded Vista Business, the key sequence ctrl+alt+shift+5 launches the PowerDVD application.  (Actually, ctrl+alt_shift+1 through 5 does this.  Whatever is doing it doesn't capture the keystroke, though: it passes it on through to any application.  What layer is hooking this key stroke?  And how can I make it stop? Bob
