lcd screen for a latitude e4300

I have a Latitude e4300 laptop that has a cracked screen. Dell will not replace the screen because we do not have a Complete Care warranty. I tried to purchase a replacement from the "Out of Warranty" sales dept. They do not have any in stock and the warehouse denied their request for a replacement because it is not available and there is no ETA for it.

When I first reported the issue, a technician showup up on site with the replacement screen (part # WU973) in his hands. He was the one that determined that we didn't have Complete Care, so he unable to complete the repair.

My question is, if he had the part in his hands, then where did he get it from since I was told it is unavailable, and where can I purchase the part from?

Hi  mach312,

Welcome to the Community,

Try this website: www.parts-people.com/index.php

Its not Dell website, its a third party website so the part number may not match.

Thank You
