Hi Just had this issue and after searching adn finding your post I did some poking around and this is what I did that brought back the MAXX Pro audio settings in the DELL Audio .
First download the recent Realtek audio driver from DELL support for your device.
Then go to C:\Program Files\Waves\MaxxAudio there should be three files there run the WavesSysSvc64.exe program. A CM box should appear and disappear quickly. ( I actually ran all three when I was poking around the MaxxAudioControl64.exe just brought up a blank white interface which I closed and the WavesSvc64.exe seemingly did nothing.)
Then I ran the installation for the Realtek audio driver , which uninstalled the driver then reinstalled it after the prompted reboot. I believe if memory serve the system rebooted again and then when DELL Audio was opened in the notification area all the missing MAXX Audio settings where available.
S0 you can try and let me know if it worked for you.
