memory read write failure. How to reseat the memory

Hi all Dell inspiron window is not working on startup a message is being displayed that Memory write/read failure at 10A5AA98, read A54A244A expecting A54AA54A To resolve this issue, try reseat the memory. Decreasing Available memory Please let me know how to reseat the memory and what is the possible reason for such problem Thanks in advance Pl help me

Simply remove and reinstall the memory modules. More detailed instructions require knowing what model system you have.
