my laptop shutdown after few second when fan moving very fast.

Hi everyone,

I bought motherboard and I/o circuit from dell.I changed all this showing screen, I try BIOS. I try trouble shooting. I tried every thing. why fan start moving so fast. It is fan faulty. Or thing. I try every thing.
