new Alienware Laptop keyboard issues
my enter and spacebar keys quit working. all of the other keys work fine. this is a brand new laptop and all the keys were working before. did i make a change that i'm unaware of?? help!!!

Hi pcschris,
Can you let me know the model of the Alienware? And also could you try plugging in an external keyboard just to make sure it isn't a setting that was changed?
Lastly, if you boot to Safemode, do they keys on the system work there/outside of loading Windows? You could even possibly try this in the BIOS (by pressing F2 at bootup)
