password reset

hello i have buy the notebook from a person but i don;t know the admin password so i have some restriction on bios i can;t chande my video configuration
 
please help me i have tryed the bios battery reset but nothing

Did you try calling the person who sold you the computer?

Terms of use of this forum prevent anyone from suggesting means to bypass, circumvent or change passwords or other security measures. You need to obtain the password from whomever provided you the computer. Dell Support cannot assist either if they are not able to confirm ownership. Buyer beware. Hope it works out for you.
