password reset
For some reason, my password will not work. I was just going to reset it, but the Wizard says I have to insert a disk that has my password info on it. I don't have such a disk. How can I get onto my Dell laptop? Please help!! Thanks:)

May I know is the computer asking for Windows password or BIOS password?
