aomal is absolutely correct. Each Latitude system has a unique master password. If you have forgotten the password to your system, you must contact our Mobile Computing Hotline at 800-247-9256 for Corporate/Government Accounts or at 800-247-9252 for Direct accounts. You will be connected to a Latitude Technical Specialist who, after verifying that you are the registered owner of the system, can look up the master password for you. We cannot distribute those over the forum, for obvious security reasons.
