pc shut with a blue screen error while charging and makes some sound

i have dell inspiron 3558 when i charging my pc and watching videos on you tube my pc get a blue screen error  locale id 1033 bc code c2 and my pc restarts but when i charge my pc on another socket it works fine  when pc gets blue screen my pc makes sound for a while tell me why this happens PLESE!!!
