pre boot test error

Hi .. Last night I was doing work on my inspiron 2200 and a few keys on the keyboard would not work such as t, y backspace and caps lock key.. I called dell about the issue and tech person told me it was b/c I spilled something on my keyboard and i needed to replace my keyboard.  well, i have not spilled anything on this, I treat it as if it as an offspring.  He then asked me to do a pre boot test error well w/ my y key being *stuck* I could not finish the test. So, I ordered the keyboard. I awoke this morning to try to fix it myself.  I thought it was just too simple for a keyboard replacement.

My keyboard is working fine now. So, I went through the express part of the test and the touchpad/keyboard area of the test all passed.  BUT.. now I had an error of : IDE blank media Error Code: 0F00:136C.  Because of no optical media present?  If ANYONE can assist me with this issue I would greatly appreciate it.

Do I still need to replace my keyboard?  or do I need to re-install a driver?  HELP PLEASE!!
