problem with current system configuration tool on dell support website.

I try to check my current system configurations on the support website and cannot.

I get the following message: 'You have chosen to not have Service Tag Finder examine your computer.'

Pressing F5 key yields same result.

Help please!

Current System Configuration may not work for your system if ActiveX controllers are disabled or you have previously agreed to NOT have system profiler installed. If you attempt to use FireFox, you get the message "The current configuration tool is currently not available for your operating system/browser combination." Sticking to Internet Explorer (for me, it is WXP, v.6), you would click on the Current System Configuration tab, then click on one of the links shown (for example, click on General Information or click on Processor) so that it triggers the popup that says hit F5. This is a function key on the top row of your keyboard. So hit that F5. If your IE settings are like mine, and don't allow ActiveX is auto run, you should see a small bar appear on the top portion of your IE, under your address bar or near to your navigation bar, asking you to install SysPro.CAB. You have to click it and agree to the install. Then, once it is installed, go back to the screen with the Current System Configuration tab opened, and hit F5. It should start scanning your computer....
