problem with dell datasafe local backup premium key

Hello!

I had purchased a premium version of dell datasafe local backup software in February this year.i put the product key and it was working fine .

But then my laptop went out of order and i had to replace my motherboard .

I even had to load the OS from a different source due to the corruption of my own software. i made it genuine later by changing the product key to its original which i have.

But when i installed and went to upgrade the local backup sofware ,it say that the key is invalid.

i have all receipt of the online purchase of the software with 'cleverbridge'.

so kindly help me in this matter.
