problem with graphic card

Hi all. So other day i was playing some online games and suddenly my laptop crashed and blue screen appeared saying "A problem has been detected and windows has been shut down to prevent dmg to your computer. Atempt to reset the display driver and recover from timeout fallen etc...

So i reinstalled windows 7,started insalling neccecery drivers and suddenly when i installed AMD Radeon HD 7670M Graphics Driver and rebooted computer i got the same blue screen with same message again.

Does that mean my graphics card is broken?

I also tried installing AMD Radeon HD 8730M Graphics Driver but it didnt want to start ( it was saying that i have to install net.framework 4.0 which i tried to install but the installation just didnt want to get finished.

Thanks for help!

The Dell diagnostics can be used to test the system - F12 at powerup.  In particular, you should run an extended test on the hard drive, which is a common cause of driver problems.

In order to reinstall Windows correctly, the order in which drivers are loaded is important.  Once the OS is loaded, including Service Pack 1, the chipset drivers must be loaded, followed by a reboot.  Then install the Intel GPU driver and reboot.  Finally, install the dot.net framework as required by the AMD Catalyst suite and reboot, and then install the AMD GPU driver.
