Hi WarlordXXX,

Please try to update the quickset driver from support site Here -> Enter the Service Tag -> Select Correct OS -> Expand Applications -> Download/install quickset application. Follow the on-screen instructions and restart the computer when prompted.

If the issue persists, please share the system model and the Operating system installed on computer. Will take it further from there.

Reinstalling the drivers did not help. Part of the problem can be solved in case of disabling the power cord from the laptop when running the OS and then run the application Alien FX, but this is not a permanent solution to the problem ...

There is no need to start a new thread. You may continue troubleshooting in this thread itself.

Please elaborate what exactly do you mean by disabling the power cord. Also, share the system model in use along with the operating system. Will take it further from there.
