reset Bios password or Admin password

Hi, I got an old dell inspiron 510m with Bios version A07 and I can not get into it. It was given to me by a friend and he doesn't know the password.. I was going to just reinstall windows but I can't change the boot sequence because the configure setup in the bios is disabled. And in order to enable it I need the Admin password..

I tried to contact Dell online but apparently this computer was purchased in Australia back in 2005 so its out of warranty and I can't chat because I'm in the USA..

Please help me if you can all I need to do is change the boot sequence...
