Did you install the 32 bit or 64 bit version of Windows 7?
What system drivers did you install?
Try installing R270497.
Did you install Dell Quickset R180762 (32 bit) or R182249 (64 bit)?
You should get the audio driver from here.
Network driver from here.

Be sure that you have installed the right drivers for your touchpad. It would be best to get from Windows Update as Windows 7 can provide the drivers for you.
