Question

Help!! I dont know if this is normal or if im paranoid, just purchased this unit from ebay, all is fine except when the a/c power source is removed the screen dims somwhat, It is still readable however I would prefer the brightness level that the a/c source provides. Is this normal and if so can this be adjusted, i checked all the conventional windows display settings and none could be found to override screen diming when power source is removed. First person to answer question gets $10.00 paypal right over!!! Please reply directly to thankx.

Hi its been a while since I had my SmartPC so I hope I get this right. Anyway once you take out the a/c adapter your right the screen dims. There should be a brightness button on the keyboard. I think its on the up arrow key. The way to make it brighter is by pressing the 'Fn' key plus the one with the brightness picture with the arrow going up. Then the brightness of the screen will go up, however please be aware that when you make the screen brighter, the battery doesnt last as long.
