touchpad hot key not working
I recently had my hard drive replaced and windows 7 reinstalled on my laptop. My touchpad hot key is not working now. It did before. I have Inspiron N5010. Any ideas?

Hi cdykes,
Welcome to Dell community.
This might be a possible driver or hardware issue. I would suggest a clean re-installation of the touchpad drivers.
Hope this helps.

When I expanded the mice and other pointing devices in step 2, the touchpad is not listed as an option, so I couldn't uninstall it.

Hi cdykes,
Thanks for trying. Please share what is the option you find under Mice and other pointing devices. Also update the BIOS to latest version and update touchpad driver using the below links.

Let me know how it goes.

Updating the touchpad driver did the trick. Now the touchpad is listed in the mice and other devices list. Thanks for the help.
