touchpad too sensitive
I am really frustrated by the sensitivity of the touchpad on my Inspiron 15 laptop. I have windows 10 so I cannot find much help online. I have installed drivers but still there are NO options anywhere in the control panel to adjust sensitivity. the only options are to disable the touchpad or adjust the actual pointers speed etc. as soon as I touch the pad it clicks so I keep opening apps and selecting menus etc when trying to scroll. its bad enough that I am considering taking the computer back and changing it for a different one. please help.

thanks so much for yr reply. it has now got even more complicated. I had to revert back to windows 8 and do a full reset. now I don't even have a touchpad listed in control panel. the dell driver for mouse and keypad possibly has the wrong file attached beacause it says it cannot be installed as no depth camera is detected??? depth camera? I will have to call dell tomorrow as I am not computer savvy enough to fix it! thanks again!
